A mom and a grandma, running for every family
Rebecca Winsor is a mother and a grandmother, and that shapes how she sees the world. Every issue she cares about comes back to the same question: what will this mean for the families in our community, and for the kids who will inherit it?
She has worked in healthcare, law, education and the service industry, so she knows firsthand what working Utahns face on the job and at the kitchen table. She holds a bachelor's degree in elementary education, and what she likes to call a master's in life experience.
As a longtime member of AAUW, WDCSU and the League of Women Voters, Rebecca believes women are key to bringing family issues to the forefront of Utah politics. She's running for House District 75 because this election is about our community, our children and our choices.
What Rebecca will fight for

Education
As a trained elementary educator, Rebecca knows strong public schools and supported teachers change lives.
Parental leave
No parent should have to choose between a paycheck and time with a new baby or a family member who needs them.
Housing
Homes our kids and grandkids can afford, so the next generation can build a life right here.
Fair wages
A full day's work should cover a family's needs. Rebecca has worked those jobs and knows the stakes.
